The Six Mile Regional Library District (SMRLD) is proud to provide high-quality service for all ages. Teen services focuses on providing programs, materials, and research help for ages 12-18. Youth services focuses on children 12 and under. See the Kids page for more information.

Friends of the Library Book Sale

The Annual Book Fair/Sale is held at the Wilson Park Ice Rink.  It takes place the first weekend after Memorial Day each year.  Thursday is the preview sale.  Admission is $6.00 unless you are a member of the Six Mile Regional Library Friends of the Library. Free Admission Friday and Saturday. Saturday a bag of books can be purchased for $6.00.

Hardback Books, Paperbacks, & DVDs – $1
Children’s Books – 50 cents
Special items are priced separately.

Hours:
Thursday – 6 PM to 9 PM    Preview Sale.  Admission $6.00.
Friday – 4 PM to 8 PM         Free Admission.
Saturday – 9 AM to Noon    Free Admission. A bag of books can be purchased for $6.00.

Earn-A Bike Class!
1 PM Saturdays June 6 to July 18 (no class on 4th of July) at 2001 Delmar Ave
This free, six-week-long, hands-on St. Louis BWorks class is for students ages 8 to 17 years old who can already ride a bike on their own. Over the course of six two-hours sessions with our dedicated instructors, students hone basic bike maintenance and safety skills.
They earn a refurbished bike of their choosing plus a lock, lights, and helmet upon successful completion of the course.
Consistent, engaged attendance each week is required in order to take home a bike to keep.
