Bookmarks of Kindness Design Contest
December 1- February 1
Grades 5-12
Spread a little joy and positivity into the world! 
Visit either library location or print out the template to design a bookmark with a message of kindness. Designs will be voted on February 2nd-14th.
The winning design will be announced on Random Acts of Kindness Day – February 17, 2020.
Winning bookmarks will be printed out for readers at both libraries!
And the artist will receive a special prize book box!

TAG = Teen Advisory Group – 1st Saturday of the Month from 10-11 AM at 2145 Johnson Rd
The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) are volunteers ages 13-17 who make suggestions to improve the library’s teen services, materials, and events.

Our volunteens can help out in a few different areas:

    • Children’s Programs – You can help onsite at our summer reading programs.
    • Computer Assistance – You can help others learn and navigate technology.
    • Homework Assistance – You can help children and peers succeed in school.
    • Bilingual Opportunities – Can you speak a second language? You could help us help our community.
    • Teen Advisory Group (TAG) – You can help improve Teen services at the library. See more about TAG below.
  • Friends of the Library (FOL)  Book Sale – You can assist the Friends of the Library with their annual book sales.
