Eye Thrive Visits SMRLD

  • Arrive early; Appointment are given on a first come, first served basis
  • Appointments accepted starting at 9AM; registration closes at 11AM
  • All services provided at no cost
  • Services include a comprehensive eye exam and, if needed prescription glasses
  • Most glasses are made and dispensed on-site
  • Capacity on-board is limited; only patients are allowed on the vehicle
